Basic Design Packages
OPSYS through its team of Engineers has proven to be a competent in executing Basic Engineering Design services. The Basic Engineering comprises the following activities:
- Determination of the plant structure
- Planning of the installation, construction and automation of the plant or unit and the use of apparatus and machines
- Drawing up of the P&IDs
- Definition of the equipment, technical data sheets ands lists of the various class classes are created
- Layout and installation planning
- Designing data input are being made available for the ordering procedures
- The functional diagrams for the main tasks to be handled within the control technology are worked up in connection with the system description
- Electrical consumptions of the plant or unit are determined.
- Specifications documents are created
- Risk assessments are carried out for the plant or unit and safety concepts are developed

Front- End Engineering Design (FEED)
OPSYS through its team of Engineers has proven to be a competent Engineering entity able to execute Front End Engineering Design services. This work would typically begin after the Design Basis has been set and includes but not limited to the following:

Detailed Engineering
OPSYS's team of Engineers with their knowledge, experience and competence are in position to offer Detailed Engineering services which includes but not limited to the following:
- Detailed Engineering drawings e.g. mechanical equipment, piping, electrical, instrumentation and civil
- Follow-up of detail engineering activities of other parties.
- Preparation of job specifications in compliance with project requirements, laws and directives.
- Technical support to construction supervision for the proper implementation of the detail design and specifications.
